I recently picked up a used PowerBook and sure enough the battery was totally dead. I didn't feel like paying more than half what I did for the computer itself on another battery, so I tried this one. I chose free shipping and had it 4 days after placing my order. The battery capacity appears to be just as good or maybe a little better than an OEM replacement. My software is indicating mine is 4912 mAh. The finish matches perfectly, and the fit is snug. How long will it go before the battery life deteriorates? Only time will tell. I will probably buy another battery to get me through long layovers.
