Also, the frame that arrived had a gray border, not a black border as pictured. My main problem was getting flickr to work. Only a portion of my flickr photos were available for display, and it did not provide a list of folders for me to choose to display. I also tried using framechannel and again only certain photos (rather than folders) were available. While there may be a simple solution to this problem, there is no online support available for this frame (the motorola website doesn't seem to think this frame exists). I returned this item, but gave it two stars because it is attractive and might work fine with other online photo services.
