I purchased these batteries to be used in my Blackhawk Night Ops flashlight. Not only were they noticeably dimmer than name brand batteries, they only last about 1/3 as long. Got what I paid for. They got 2 stars because they are cheap. Perhaps they would work ok in a camera or something, definitely not for flashlights.
