Digital camera reviews of 1600mAh Extended Battery (Slim) fits HTC TyTN II / ATT Tilt 8925 / P4550 KaiserDigital camera Review: Absolutely worthless Summary: 1 Stars
I ordered this to increase my battery time a bit on a nearly new AT&T Tilt. My normal battery time for the tilt was a couple of days. The first time I used this it had charged completely overnight. I took it off the charger at 5am. Left town on a business trip during which I talked on it for a total of 10 minutes. It was completely powered off and dead by 5pm. This isn't even good enough to use as a backup battery. I put the OEM battery back in, charged to full at 5:30am. It's 4pm, I haven't made any calls today, just checked email. Still have 4 bars.
Digital camera Review: Battery for AT&T tilt Summary: 5 Stars
This battery gives you a little more standby and talk time. I didn't compare the actual time between the original battery and this one but I can tell the difference from using it. Not bad for the price.
Digital camera Review: Brought my phone back to life Summary: 5 Stars
I've had this battery a little over a month and I'm pleased with it. My old battery was past its life cycle and this one brought my phone back to life. It has a high voltage so a single charge will last more than a day. If I don't do much more than talk and text, the battery will easily last two days.
Digital camera Review: Cheap battery poor performance Summary: 1 Stars
This 1600mAh battery was purchased to replace the 1300mAh that came with my ATT TILT cell phone. this replacement does not have the capacity of the orignal and discharges much faster. When I complained they sent me a list of things to do "to get better performance". The standard advice re fully charging the Battery before use and 12 hour charges, etc. The orignal ATT batery would fully charge in 4 hours. I will follow their advice to the 'T' for a week and see if it gets better. Very doubtful given the Lion technology. Will return it if it does not match the performance of the original "smaller" battery.
Digital camera Review: Depends on the seller? Please post to ID the knockoffs! Summary: 2 Stars
I think there are actually some sellers selling the cheap chinese fake 1100mAH batteries marked as 1600mAH. For those that have bought this battery and have noticed it is weaker than the original and those that have actually received the true 1600mAH version. PLEASE comment and list the seller so we can figure out who is selling the real deal and who is selling the cheap fakes.
