Also in this case, similar to the charger, although the "extended" battery packing calls for "READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE", no instruction was added to the product.
I wrote to the supplier SF Planet and got the required instructions with apologies from the customer support "I'm sorry about the problem. Here's the instruction for charging the battery."
Again Amazon.com is not controlling their sub-supliers conveniently, transferring to customers the task of completing the documentation of a particular product. There should be more honest way to earn money...
It is important to mention that in a legal case the supply of instruction together with the products is a major point of attention.
Talking about the battery it seem not to comply with the promised capacity because in the first charging cycles made according to the received instructions the duration of the charge was similar to the duration that the original almost morn out htc battery reaches.

This is an awful battery. Despite boasting a higher mAh rating than the factory original, it consistently lasts about 60% less in terms of actual operation. I've had this battery for a few weeks now and it is now better than the oem battery that came with my tilt. If you are looking for second battery that is no better than your original battery, then give this one a shot. This battery is actually worst than the original...it takes longer to charge, and as far as I am concern, I noticed ZERO improvement in life. You might as well buy an OEM battery, which charges faster (if you don't want an oversized extended one). This battery shouldn't be called extended. Very disappointed...I expected arround half day extra life, but it's same as the original battery, if not less!!!
