I recently bought this item to install on my Garmin 780. The installation was simple, and if needed, SF Planet has detailed instructions on their website. The screen protector was installed with no air bubbles and works fine. The screen protector is just a tiny bit smaller than my actual screen, but I dont see any problems arising from that. I followed the instructions and got the GARMIN nuvi 255W protected. Trimmed the 2nd one and got the CASIO camera protected...trimmed the 3rd one and got my wife's CANON camera protected. These are easy to apply but are, clearly, not intended to be replaced. When you get it lined up and let the last corner drop onto the screen, it is there to stay! I have applied two of these and was unable to prevent every bubble from staying under them. They are quite thick and do increase the amount of pressure necessary to operate the screen. Not too much but it is noticeable. The little cloth is very effective for cleaning the screen before applying the protector. When it is all said and done, I can't help but wonder if Garmin knows how to make a durable screen making these protectors unnecessary, possibly even a bad idea in the long run. This product works exactly as described but I wouldn't use them again because of the change in finger pressure they caused.Digital camera Review: Not for the ULTRA ANAL

This is a good product, but thank GOD that it came in a pack of 3. After reading the comments and advice left by others, I was sure to be very careful when applying the film. If you are anal like me, then you will probably never be fully satisfied with the product because it is nearly imppossible to get it PERFECT. Be careful when installing. First of all, wash your hands so you don't leave any type of dirt or oil marks on the GPS screen during application. Second, use a clean area with good lighting or you will end up transferring dust and dirt during the application. Third, take a deep breath and take your time. Do not touch the sticky side of the screen protector with your fingers or you will end up with finger prints on the inside of the protector. I didn't really need the plastic applicator. The only thing I used it for was to press down the corners of the protector. If you end up with bubbles, you will not be able to squeegie them out with the plastic applicator, so be careful to prevent bubbles from the start. Remember that dust is also your enemy. DO NOT install this in a dusty area or you will be DOOMED right from the get go. I was able to install this with zero bubbles and zero dust, but I was still not totally satisfied because the film is about 2 millimeters smaller than the actual screen and a little off centered. If you are ULTRA ANAL like me then you never be satisfied, but at least you'll come pretty close. If you are not as anal as me, then you will probably give it 5 stars!
