For the price you can't go wrong! The silcone case is excellent - the only downside might be the slits on the back, that is if you don't plan on using the armband. The quality of the accessories (car charger, retractable USB, portable charger) is lacking, but for what you pay it gets the job done. The screen protector is a great bonus - protecting my screen was a big concern when I got my new iPod Touch.
So, if you're looking for a great, affordable case - this is the one. If you're looking for accessories, chargers etc..., you may want to look elsewhere. Overall it's a great value and I highly reccomend this package. Great deal for the money!

I got this accessory kit for the iPod touch in the black color, and have DEFINITELY gotten my money's worth out of it. The silicon case is a perfect fit, and the screen protectors are an extremely high quality. The screen protectors went on with very little trouble, and left absolutely no air bubbles underneath for both the front and the back. You have to look closely to even see that it is on there.
The silicon case is a nice tight fit, that allows access to the buttons and ports, and does not interfere with docking, charging, or anything else that I have tried to do with the iPod. I was able to walk through the electronics store and dock it into different speaker systems to compare the quality, and never had to remove or adjust the skin case.
The retractable cord has gone right into my laptop case, and the one that came with the ipod can stay on the desktop PC. The car and power adapters are also part of the "portable kit", and let me recharge on the go if I need to. They are not of a quality for everyday use, but are great for emergency charging or occasional on-the-road use.
I gave the armband away, as I don't really need it, so I can't speak to the quality of that, but... it's a piece of elastic. How can you go wrong with that?
Overall, for the price, you can't beat this combination... even if you only use two or three pieces of the package.

The only bad thing was that the screen protector was hard to put on, but that's my fault. It just had a lot of bubbles under it.
