There are a lot of blackberrys listed as being compatible with this, however it just looks like some one copied the popular blackberry devices without looking to see if it really works in them. Got it the next business day which was crazy since I picked the cheapest shipping. I had to get a replacement ring for my curve because after many cleanings the original broke. The ring is identical to the original so thats fine. I picked up a blue trackball and it fit just the same as the original. So its a great replacement, or if you want a different color I really reccomend the product. Seems to be just as good as OEMDigital camera Review: Garbage

I have an 8820 and needed a replacement trackball. It wasn't imperative but mine got dirty..I ordered the blue one and was really excited to use it. It's complete crap. I don't know if it's sensitivity or whatever.. but the stupid things doesn't scroll down properly.. and when you try to roll it more.. it stops! I thought it was my specific phone so I used it on an 8800 and a 8310.. guess what? the same thing happened. It's absolutely NOT worth shipping back to waste additional money on the stupid thing. The idea of a blue trackball was nice but it's worthless. I have now gone back to my old, dirty white ball as it is WAY more effective than the blue one.
Seriously, don't waste the money.
