I am a novice at computer accessories and gadgets. It was so easy to use! If I can do it anybody can. I simply plugged it into a USB port, opened up my control panel, found my C drive, highlighted it and dragged it to the new device, and my information was saved. I did the same thing with my documents and files I wanted to keep in case of a crash. This device is amazing to me and relieves my mind. I can honestly say every product I've purchased has more than met my expectations and Amazon.com is so easy to use and the security online with them is unsurpassed. I recommend Amazon to everyone I know.

THE FLASH DRIVE I BOUGHT - KINGSTON DATA TRAVELER 64 GB 2.0 FLASH DRIVE - I COULDN'T USE BECAUSE SINCE THE FIRST TIME I TRIED TO SAVE A FILE APPEARED A MESSAGE "NOT FORMATED". IN THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED FLASH DRIVE I SENT A E-MAIL TO AMAZON AND THE SELLER (AN AMAZON PARTNER) ASKING WHAT TO DO. AMAZON TOLD ME THAT SENT MESSAGE TO SELLER AND THE ANSWER I HAD FROM SUPPLIER NOT CONVINCED ME. SO, MY OPTION WAS CONSIDER MY MONEY LOST AND NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AMAZON PARTNER. I purchased a fake Kingston. The true Kingston is fine, it works the way it is supposed to. The fake kingstons do not have an engraving on the metal piece that plugs into the usb port It should start out DT150 64/GB. If it doesn't show this it is fake. There is also test software that you can download on the internet called H2testw v1.4. This will verify the true size of the memory chip. You have to run the test software to verify the counterfit, plugging it in will not tell you the truth. If it is fake you will loose files, files will be corrupt, will not play, and you will loose your data. BIG PROBLEM!
