This is a great product, as good as any major name brand. The install is very easy, the software is nice, I just cant seem to get it to load by itself, I have to open the software to get online, but I am sure this is my fault, not the software's. I don't consider myself a terribly tech savvy person but this arrived and I installed it into the computer using the good directions provided. Initially it didn't work but I went to the manufacturer's website and downloaded the new driver and it worked perfectly. The software is excellent and the speed is impressive.
