Digital camera Review: Not for Grandma

I bought this phone based on "call volume" control. It does come with call volume control but only if it is plugged in, which I had not planned on ever doing. Also, it has an awkward base. you can remome the base, but then it rocks back and forth. Amazon used to carry simpler ATT phones--I've bought them and been very happy. This one I am going to return unfortunately

The AT&T 1856 has memory for 19 minutes of digital recording time, and there is a call screening function that lets you intercept only the calls you want. Message Guard technology prevents you from losing any information in the case of a power failure. The AT&T 1856 is desk- and wall-mountable.
