I purchased this one to replace an identical one that suddenly stopped working after owning less than 1 year. Rather than repackage and pay shipping costs I purchased a new one. This phone is okay for emergencies/short conversations. During the one call I made on it, there were repeated, annoying interruptions by
static that was audible to me and the other party.

I have a cordless phone in my home office, and bought this as a second phone for the bedroom. I had so much static on the bedroom line (but none on my office phone) I finally called out a phone repair guy. He said the static was caused by my DSL, and that this phone was too "cheap" for DSL. He suggested if I wanted a corded phone for the bedroom I buy a Panasonic. So, basically I spent $55 for the repair guy to tell me to buy a new phone.Digital camera Review: EXCELENTE PRODUCTO

I purchased this phone to replace one of those cordless phones. Because it can be wall mounted, high out of the reach of my young grandchildren and because it has a corded handset that the g-kids can't make off with it; this phone is a great choice for households with small children. It is also an excellent product in its price and construction. I am very happy with this telephone.
