I purchased this phone to replace an identical one that has served me for 20 years. I just finally wore it out. The new one has been in use for about a month now with no problems. It is our main land line phone so it gets a lot of abuse. It is a good, basic, no-frills phone that lasts. Sound quality excellent.Digital camera Review: Excellent product that arrived quickly.

This is as simple and straightforward as a single line phone with a Caller ID display I have found, the price I paid for this is 1/3 of what I found on a web site specializing in telephones. The only quibble is the placement of the "Flash" button, if you grip the handset above the lower third of the handset, you will inadvertently cut off your calls by putting pressure on the "Flash" button. This phone could be improved by making the buttons on the back of the handset smaller, and leaving more "real estate" for large hands to grip it.
