This is an extremely simple phone (no battery to charge since it's corded and should run even during blackouts!) and works great for those who don't need anything more complicated. I got it as a gift (for fiance's mom) and can't comment on it other than the craftmanship is solid, buttons light up to show it's on and there are a number of basic features - ring tone, volume, pulse vs. dial tone, etc.). Also, I ordered from Home and Beyond, 1 of 2 phones was dead on arrival but was promptly replaced after I shipped it back - free of charge via UPS's dropoff.Digital camera Review: AT&T 210 Phone
