I purchased this phone because cradling a phone to my ear has been causing me neck problems. The ability to answer and talk on the land line via my bluetooth headset is a God send! I have been using the product nearly a month now. Battery life is excellent. My only complaint is that occasionally after recharging the headset I have to completely reconnect it to the phone. The volume control and BlueTooth features on this phone make it an excellent choice for anyone with hearing loss. It was very easy to set up the device for my BlueTooth hearing aid. Now I can either talk on the handset or have the conversation come through my hearing aid. I ordered this phone specifically for it's bluetooth capability. I am an audiologist. I have a patient who wears Oticon Epoq hearing aids. The hearing devices are paired to this phone and my patient can answer the phone from anywhere in her house, walk around the house talking "hands-free" and listening with both ears. It's fantastic. Before getting this AT&T phone, she could barely communicate on the phone she had (which was an amplified phone for hearing impaired users.) This phone does everything claimed. You can use it with your blue tooth earpiece or answer your wireless from the phone. Great sound also and no interference with wireless networks.
