Nice product, works great. The phone calls are crystal clear. The only issue is that you do not get a short cord to connect when you set it up as a wall unit. I love my new phone. Typically I am one to want to feel the phone in helping me make my choice, but I went with the great reviews and was not disappointed. The phones look like a TV remote, their slim design is very comfortable. I do not have a problem with low volume levels, I can hear messages just fine. If I were ordering this again I would have opted for the 4 phones instead of 3. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the phones and the answering machine. There are only two areas I would like to see some improvements made:
The volume control for the ringer is on the side of the handset so it is easy to inadvertantly change it. And the phone isn't very intuitive when it comes to programming and entering phone numbers. I found myself constantly referring to the manual. Other than that I think it's a very good product.
