This HD box is TERRIBLE. The Sound Quality is absolutely terrible--and if you buy from Galactics you are NOT able to return!!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
Luckily, Amazon themselves have good customer service--they were able to refund me!

This DTV Converter Box is not as good of a unit as the one that I had before. I have had to do a channel search many time a week to get the channels back so I could even watch TV. This is an inconvenience when a show is on and the bow does not work. The remote does not have as many features as my old one. This may all do to the antena that I have, but the antena worked very well with the other box. Ye, the old one quit working after a year and a half.
I know that Amazon has no control of the product.

I am quite satisfied with this product. The price was certainly right: $7.99 before S&H and after the $40 coupon. I am receiving 25 channels now, as opposed to five previously on the outside antenna alone. No real complaints.
