I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with my Zi8 carrying case. I used it this past weekend for Halloween, and it was a lifesaver, especially since my costume didn't have pockets. I love the fact that I could clip it around my belt, because I didn't have to worry about carrying it around, and also, I knew it would be secure and wouldn't come undone. Also, it was large enough not only to carry my camera, but also my phone and keys which was also really helpful. There was a net I could put my keys in, so I didn't have to worry about losing them accidentally when I opened the case. It definitely wasn't undersized, and it certainly wasn't oversized. Finally, it started pouring down rain that night, and I was afraid that my camera would be ruined. However, the case protected my belongings from water very well. It wasn't completely waterproof, as there was some dampness on the inside, but given how hard it rained and how my camera wasn't damaged, I was very pleased. As for customer service, I can't really address that because I never had to ask any questions. I mean, it's just a carrying case. The only bad thing is that you may get teased for wearing a "fanny pack." But oh well, haha.
