Look at the number of complaints and the pathetic seller responses to understand I am not the first one they ripped; furthermore, they have the guts to CONDITION REFUND upon REMOVAL OF MY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

Great product which does exactly what it says on the box. Plug and play, great sound and the TV connection is good as well. Just drop my Zune into it what I come home and it is recharged and ready to go when I leave. Shame I had to shop in the US to get this as it is nnot available in the UK.
