This item is a great buy. I ordered it from J&R on Sunday, it came to my house on Wednesday. Some people have expressed problems with the buttons or remote, I have not had any of these problems. The sound quality is good and you can turn it up as loud as you need. Again, the shipping was excellent, J&R gave me a UPS tracking number, so I knew exactly when it would get here. Would definitely recommend this product and especially J&R to anyone with a zune.Digital camera Review: Excellent!

This is a great product! I've owned this for 8 months now, and never had any finicky problems with it. It recharges my Zune as I listen to music, and it fits both my Zunes -the first generation larger one, and my newer Zune II which is thinner and smaller. It also comes with an adapter that lets me hook it up to any MP3 with a speaker jack. Great speakers. Really like the looks, also.Digital camera Review: Fantastic Zune Dock

I have encountered no problems using this piece of equipment. I purchased this to replace a CD player in my living room as I rarely use CDs anymore.It functions as it should and is powerful enough for my purposes. All that I really had to do is plug the machine in and it was ready for use.
Other users describe issues in which they had to follow a sequence of events in order for the machine to work properly with their zune, and initially I was hesitant to make the purchase, but, upon receipt of these speakers, I did not encounter any of those problems.
The only issue I had was with the remote. I inserted the battery and the remote still would not work. My husband removed the side tabs on the pull-out plastic piece that holds the battery in place and now the remote works just fine.

THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE. ONLY PROBLEM IS THE FM RADIO RECEPTION WHICH IS EASILY FIXED BY PLUGGING THE AUX CABLE THAT COMES WITH IT INTO THE HEADPHONE JACK AND USING IT AS AN ANTENNA. I JUST LEFT THE OTHER END HANGING AND IT WORKS JUST FINE.
