Digital camera Review: try all metal mode

As a high end but low cost metal detector I give this thing five stars. My daughter gave me this as birthday present several weeks ago and I enjoyed using it since then. It is very ease of use, and it DOES find what you are searching for (rings, coins, etc). I wanted to make one point:
Of course, this detector has the discrimination function which tells the difference between the various metals. It certainly helps you to avoid digging junk like pull tabs which are everywhere. It does work pretty good. To me, I suggest using "All Metal" mode. I found good stuff under this mode but couldn't under "Discriminatation" mode. I am pretty new to treasure hunting, so it is just suggestion based on my experience.

Free Accessories: Headphone and Carry Bag. Length From Search Coil to handle: 50 inches. Length From Search Coil to View Meter: 37.4 inches. This Model HP-1020 is an upper mid-range Metal Detector with LCD display. The large screen will display the type of object found with a high degree of accuracy. It accurately distinguishes a Penny, Nickel, Dime or Quarter. It can be used in All Metal mode, set to discriminate and give you a different two different tones for Ferrous an non Ferrous metals. When setting it for notch filter, it will display the target type found as coin (Penny, Nickel, Dime or Quarter), aluminium can, nail, pull tab etc.. You will quickly learn how to ignore trash metal objects. Rugged design and comfortable handle with arm brace. The waterproof coil will allow you search in shallow water at the beach where most Gold rings are found. This unit comes with S-Rod longer shaft to extend deeper in water and all of the controls can be operated with one hand. MODEL: Explorer II (HP-1020) It can be used in several modes: * All metal mode - Any metal object will be detected. The sensitivity is fully adjustable.
