Digital camera reviews of Apple Aluminum Wired Keyboard MB110LL/ADigital camera Review: A perfect addition! Summary: 5 Stars
First off, I have a Macbook. I use it for everything from photo editing, graphic design to word processing. Well, I accidentally spilled some liquid on it and despite my best efforts, several of the keys became useless. I plan on having the keyboard replaced, but I can't afford $250+ to have it fixed just yet. So I purchased this keyboard as a cheaper and temporary solution to my problems and let me tell you, it hasn't disappointed me. Just plug it in and it's ready to go. The additional USB ports are a much welcome addition as well. My Macbook only has two USB ports, so it's nice to have some extras, just in case. The keyboard is very quiet for typing, except for the space bar. If I press it on both sides, it isn't AS loud, but that just slows down my typing. Not really a big deal, but I thought it worth mentioning. It's very thin (as the images showed) and lightweight. It should prove easy enough to pack up and take with me as well.
So all in all, definitely worth the purchase. If you need or want a new external keyboard, I'd definitely give this one a try.
Digital camera Review: A silent keyboard.. ahhhhh great item Summary: 5 Stars
It's an apple enough said. PC people do yourself a favor, leave PC and Microsoft. Mac's a better family.
Digital camera Review: A very very nice keyboard! Summary: 5 Stars
At first, I was apprehensive about this keyboard. The form factor looked very nice, but the keys looked funny.
Regardless, I decided to take the plunge and go for one.
When I got it, I was extremely impressed with the overall build quality of the keyboard. It's built like a tank and is very firm (i.e doesn't flex). The keys are very large. And after couple of hours of orientation, I noticed my typing speed increase by a bit on it.
This is a touch typists dream and very fast to type on and extremely silent.
There are 2 low power USB ports on the keyboard (on either side) that can be used for plugging in mice. I haven't tried that but I assume that it would work fine.
One interesting thing to note, is that this keyboard does not work before the OS is loaded. What I mean is that if you wanted to go into your BIOS (F2 in my case) it would not register any key presses. Only once the OS is loaded then everything works fine.
Digital camera Review: Aesthetically pleasing and ergonomic Summary: 5 Stars
Keyboard looks great and feels great - is head and shoulders above previous apple keyboard designs.
Digital camera Review: All I want in a keyboard and less Summary: 5 Stars
Small. quiet, comfortable to use and easy to clean. Takes a little getting used to if you are used to the big clacky kind of keyboard but if you care about the look and feel of your keyboard this one is a winner.
