Digital camera reviews of Apple Bluetooth Wireless Mighty Mouse

Digital camera Review: Apple Fan Disappointed . I hate Apple meeses to pieces!
Summary: 1 Stars

I've owned an Apple mouse since there was one.
This is the third Mighty Mouse that quit rollerballing. I bought the cordless after the corded quit, and then another.

I give up. I never thought I'd ever give Apple a bad review.
The Apple 11+, the 11e so on, first mouse came with a bottom ball mouse that got clogged every now and then and all you did was give the retaining ring a twist, pop out the ball and with a little alcohol you were back in business. white and clear opticals good job.

If you're reading this at Apple, you owe me. I have preached the gospel of apple through 6 machines (since about 76 or 78 i think.) I bought the first one on my Apple card. I have a "I can make it simple to switch" tee shirt, an aftermarket tee of a an Apple Pak Man chasing a scared Windows logo. And an Einstein "think different" poster. Apple Rainbow window decals, hell I named my company Rainbow after it.

Go back to your roots gentlemen. Figure a way to make the little ball work and send me my prototype. Then we can be friends again.
Now that I've said that I'll reach over to my 9.99 Targus mouse and click Preview/Send.

Digital camera Review: Apple Mighty Mouse
Summary: 4 Stars

This wireless mouse was a replacement for the one that came with my iMac system. The track ball on the mouse that was shipped with the system went bad in less than 2 years. I do not expect this mouse to last any longer as Apple has steadfastly refused to redesign the Mighty Mouse to make it more robust thus more reliable. As far as it goes, there is nothing wrong with the mouse that I purchased, I just don't hold much hope that will be any more reliable than the one it replaced.

Digital camera Review: Apple Wireless Mighty Mouse not so mighty
Summary: 2 Stars

I regret I did not buy from Amazon--then I could have returned it. I don't know why I bought it from online from Apple . . . .

The Good:
Easy installation with Bluetooth. The scroll wheel works very well. I don't remember any difficulties keeping the scroll wheels of my three previous Apple USB mice clean.

The Bad:
Too much effort to "click." I play timed Klondike in the Solitaire for Macintosh suite. It keeps a record of high scores. The mouse slows me down noticeably. It's frustrating to get hung up on a card when you're trying to move it, clicking and clicking, with the card jiggling around and not quiteApple Bluetooth Wireless Mighty Mouse moving!
The mouse very rarely loses its Bluetooth connection, but when it does I have to find the old USB mouse to restart and reprogram Bluetooth.

I should have got a Logitech mouse at Amazon.com, like my wireless keyboard. Maybe I will "eat" the mouse and go Logitech.

I mentioned in my review of the Apple Bluetooth Wireless Mighty Mouse that it took too much effort to "click." I have developed wrist and finger pain when using the mouse. I've used Apple mice on three successive iMacs with no problem. The wireless mighty mouse did me in in two months! I decided to check on the guarantee in the papers that came with it. Couldn't find any. Tried searching Apple's site, couldn't find one there either. I've hooked up the old wired Apple mouse and have been trying to use it with my right hand, which is impaired from a stroke. (The lead is too short to use with my left.) Some good may come out of this. Forcing me to use my right hand to play Klondike is a kind of rehab! I would give it one star today. Later, depending on its rehab value, I might reconsider.

Digital camera Review: As expected
Summary: 5 Stars

I had high expectations for this device and looked for an excuse for a long time to buy one. Most of the reviews I read set my expectation high as well. Now that I have this mouse I wonder why I waited so long. While I think the price is a bit much for a mouse, when compared to the "standard" mouse it is is a steal. The additional functionality is much welcomed and my wife who uses the mouse the most is extremely pleased. If you are pondering the purchase I recommend you take the plunge.

Digital camera Review: Awesome Product
Summary: 5 Stars

This is an awesome product. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has an Apple laptop.
