The shipping was fast and reliable. The product was fine except that if you want to be able to use your extension cord with the charger, this won't be possible, as the two pieces won't fit together. The connector piece that slides in to fit with the extension cord is plastic as opposed to metal (i noticed it was metal on my previous charger that came with my Macbook), so it doesn't work.
