Digital camera reviews of Apple Mighty Mouse Wireless KitDigital camera Review: Best wireless mouse Summary: 5 Stars
this is the best wireless mouse I have ever had. so easy to use, doesn't need any software. I don't know about other reviews was so critical, I had a other brand mouse with roller and it was not easy to use so I took a chance and switched to apple mighty mouse and it's great. you should try it at the Apple store.
Digital camera Review: Beware! No warranty or support. Summary: 2 Stars
I loved my Mighty Mouse for the first few months. The only issue I had was that the batteries seemed to need replacing more often than with my Logitech wireless mouse. Then came the day when my mouse stopped working -- the arrow would jump all over the page and there would be random instances of scrolling. Annoying enough if you're just browsing websites but if you're trying to get any graphics work done...forget about it. I was astonished to learn that the Mighty Mouse has no support from Apple. There are several articles that tell you how to clean the scroll ball (apparently quite the issue!) but none that prompt you to do anything else, i.e. getting it replaced. I understand that products stop working from time to time. But, when you spend $100 on a mouse you expect it to last more than a few months. Logitech, for example, offers great customer support and will replace a faulty product. I won't be buying anymore peripheral products made by Apple.
Digital camera Review: Bluetooth Mighty Mouse is great Summary: 5 Stars
I haven't had any issues with this mouse. If you like the wired mighty mouse, you'll love this one. It is heavier than the wired version which gives it a nice weight and feel in your hand. Performance is flawless.
Digital camera Review: Brilliant... until it breaks Summary: 4 Stars
The Apple Mighty mouse (in both USB and wireless formats) is a worthy contender for the best mouse ever made. In particular, its tiny hyper-sensitive vertical & horizontal scroll button genuinely speeds up on-screen "productivity" to a level that, once you've got used to it, nothing else will do. Brilliant, that is until the scroll button stops working which in my case is about every 9 to 12 months. Bad news then... well yes, no piece of kit should do this, but right or wrong that's the way it is and when it happens I happily shell-out for a new one because it's that good to use. Look on it as the world's best and most expensive disposable mouse and you may not be too disappointed...
Digital camera Review: Broke Summary: 1 Stars
Mine broke about 3 months into using it. I had - to be honest - dropped it a distance of about 5 inches, into my laptop bag. I would think that a mouse should be robust enough for that, but it soon after that broke and it would not scroll down. I now have a $ 35 Kensington wireless mouse which works with my MacBook. I won't ever buy an Apple mouse again.
