It is really easy to use and fits the need of every runner who owns an ipod. Easy to use UI makes it plug and play.
I bought a small pouch and attached it to a regular shoe.
I wish they made a battery pack.
I bought this piece to see how it works and now that I have seen it, I dont think I will buy it again once the battery dies.

I've had this for over a year now and I love it! The online features you have access to are also great, such as joining challenges with other people. A friend of mine said that when the battery starts to run low, you will notice that it is not calibrated correctly (if you are running a know distance), but that's the only negative thing I have to say about it.Digital camera Review: Great product, not much room for improvement

Since I had a nano and used it mainly for running, buying this product was a no-brainer. But, I didn't want to buy nike shoes, so I waited a few days to see how others afixed the transmitter to their non-nike shoes.
I tucked the transmitter under my laces with some velcro, went for my first run, and was amazed how flawlessly it all worked. The receiver picked up the signal quickly, worked without any interuption, and a friendly voice reminds you of your progress as you run. Great motivational tool.
Only issue I had during the run was that the receiver added a little sharp humped edge to my ipod, which normally I can tuck in my waistband without issue. That setup is now uncomfortable, so I think I'll be getting an armband.
Didn't give it a 5 because technically, it's only supposed to work with Nike+ shoes.

I love the sport kit. I had the first one for over a year when the battery went out. That is when I found out you couldn't replace the battery. Bummer! You have to buy a new kit. I was impressed that the battery lasted so long but was disappointed that you can't replace it. I use the kit with the nano 5th generation. I also purchased the heart rate monitor that will link with the sport kit. It has been a very easy way to keep track of my running and gauge my progress.
