This is a great item for buying and viewing movies. The only problem has been with downloading from Itunes over wireless. May require extensive time to transfer from computer to Apple TV.
Storage capacity appears to be more than adequate and picture quality is good - even without purchasing HD videos. Can't imagine how long it would take to get those transferred over wireless.
Purchased a bunch of I Tunes gift cards at the same time. Between illegible codes and arcane process for making those successfully entered good, this is pretty much a complete waste of money. Apple seems to be fairly disinterested in these problems.

What a great addition to all my apple products. Connected to my HDTV and now I can listen to all my music, view all my photo's and watch all the movies I have converted while sitting in my LazyBoy and enjoying life. Get the 160 gig Apple TV. You will need the storage space once you get going like I did. Best investment I have made this year.

A fun product! Coordinates photos with music for a pleasant experience. Have not used all the features yet but very happy I bought the 160 gb rather than the newer model with no memory to accommodate over 8,000 songs and many photos.
