Digital camera Review: Finally, a hard shell that fits in a belt case.

I have the DLO case that I love - but I kept looking for something that would make my iphone less slick - and would fit in my DLO case. This is it. I got the silver which is pretty invisible, and it does the trick - fits in the DLO case and makes holding the iPhone seem MUCH MORE SECURE. This is a nice looking case, the only problem I had with this was that the inside is not painted, looks like they tried using just enough paint on the outside to make it look good. I guess it doesn't really matter once the case is snaped on to the phone but it still bugs me to see the poor quality...
If you must buy this style of case, you might want to consider one called Kroo Shell, I'm not sure if they make it for the 1st Gen iPhone though.

I bought this hoping that it provided a non-stick surface so I can set the iPhone down in the car and have it not slide around the console. I was disappointed to see that the case is hard plastic and only slightly more 'grippy' than a naked iPhone. The term 'soft polycarbonate' deceived me as that translates to plastic more than rubber. If you're looking for an extremely minimalist case that provides a little bit of protection for the back ad sides... this will do the job. I was additionally hoping for a bit of additional 'grip' and thus found it a partial fit. It is so thin... you hardly notice it's there.Digital camera Review: Good case for iPhone
