I got this because I lost the original earbuds for my phone. It's small, unobtrusive and works well. Seems pretty strong too. When I got the cable to my earbuds caught on a doorknob, the wire going into the right earbud ripped out, but the adapter still works perfectly.Digital camera Review: Great
