Apple iPod nano 16 GB Black (4th Generation)
I bought my 16GB iPod Nano kicking and screaming. My first MP3 player was from Creative Labs (CL). I've purchased at least 3 different CL's devices, as well as their speakers. I think they have a great product...but their "file management" software stinks to high heaven. I've downloaded freeware and purchased third-party software all in an attempt to make my CL device/experience better and have never really found anything that filled the bill.
I purchased an iTouch for my son this past Christmas. His cousin received a Nano for Christmas as well. After trying both devices and then seeing the iTunes software, all I can say--and it's killing me--but Apple really got this one RIGHT! I purchased my Nano Christmas evening and it arrived a few days later. I love it. The navigation wheel is fantastic; the iTunes software is simple and handles every type of sorting and/or editing I want. Syncing the Nano is a snap--I love getting the Podcasts automatically. Battery life is excellent. I'm not sure how long the battery is supposed to last on one charge, but I've never run it down completely in a day. One of the best purchases I made this past year.

I am very happy with my IPod. I have downloaded all my Massage music and can now play music uninterupted while I am doing massages.

Perfect.
Love my baby.
Let's see how long it lasts.
Also the best companion to work out.
Hate the original ear buds, bought new ones, smaller, since the originals hurt my ears, *too big I suppose*, the new ones are silicone ear buds got them at a store stand in a mall, for less than 13 bucks, decent sound and really comfortable.
my brother also for rid of his original Ipod Classic ear buds, he hated them.
Digital camera Review: Apple ipod 16 GB Review Summary: 5 Stars
When the ipods came out a few years ago I didn't get all the hipe. I finally bought one a few weeks ago. I purchased the nano 16 gig. I have about 100 songs on it so far and this thing is great. I also purchased the Altec Lansing sound dock from Amazon. Together with the ipod these purchases are the best thing I have bought in years. Don't waste your money on the Bose sound dock. For half the cost the t612 is almost as good. The only problem I have is the nano is so small and thin that I am afraid I will crush it or break the display.
Digital camera Review: Audio book lover - first iPod Summary: 5 Stars
Don't do music as much as I do audio books. Ended up with the an ipod after an exaustive search for the best technology for audio books; chose the nano because I wanted to be able to listen during activities like hiking (which sometimes includes tripping or falling), walking on rough terrain, and running.
Have had this for about 6 months - LOVE it.
Had a scary moment when I ran it out of juice and a recharge didn't get it back on the road. Got on line and got instructions to reset that worked so I won't hold that against anyone but me. Learned to just charge it every night whether it's "empty" or not.
Since this is my first iPod, I can't give any good reviews against previous technology. Wish it had a little more memory, but I love it and feel it was a good purchase.
