Bought this for my daughter. Worked perfectly out of the box. As with most electronic items it freezes now and then but if you pull the earphones out it immediately unfreezes.
All in all worth buying at the price I paid.

I absolutely love this Ipod. Got one for a gift last Christmas and now I am giving one to someone else this Christmas. Battery last's so long and it is so small and light.
