I bought iPod nano 8 GB about 16 months ago; what I noticed is battery life started to get weak after few months of charging & discharging. About after 11 months of use the iPod just failed; would not even power up. When I took it to Apple store, they told me warrenty had expired and will not repair or replace it. I felt betrayed - if I had known this I would have bought a cheaper some other brand rather than wasting my money on Apple! Apple iPod nano 8 GB Black (4th Generation) This is my first player. I love electronic stuff! I'm not that into music these days, but am enjoying the audio books. Also love having all of the digital pictures of grandchildren so handy. I downloaded my favorite movie. How fun is that! It works well. The only thing I do not like is the Itunes store. It isn't as easy to find things as Amazon.com is. I'll probably get used to it eventually. I've had this little gadget for a couple of weeks and it's fun. I investigated different types of players (at stores and online). This was a gift for a music lover whom had to have a nano! They wanted a small
mp3 player but wasn't sure if this would fit the need. They love it and carry
it all the time, only problem is it's now full so it would of worked if the music
collection is a small one. Great for a beginner music lover with a small music
collection.
