The vendor contacted me through Amazon's email shell and explained they were having trouble getting their money from Amazon, so they told me they cancelled my order and wanted me to send them the money directly through PayPal...same cost and shipping, just bypass Amazon.
I let them cancel the order and then I drove to Walmart to get my daughter an iPod.

This ipod is a really great product. the features are really cool.
When looking into buying this ipod I read through other reviews. There was A LOT of complaints about the cover flow feature. But it turns out that you can TURN OFF COVER FLOW OPTION! all you have to do is go on the ipod and then go to settings, and then click on "General" and then click on "Rotate". so all the complaining about the cover flow, in reality, is really not an issue. for me I like it because it helps me find songs faster. As for the "shake to shuffle" option,its also not a big deal. I was wondering if I was running or something with it, if just shuffle the song, but thankfully it doesn't!
This is my 1st ipod nano and I really enjoy it. a lot of other reviews also say that all of their accessories don't work with this ipod. to me it's really not an issue at all.
the screen is really nice for watching Videos. It is really thin and you can't tell it's in your pocket.
The ipod comes with three games: Maze, Klondike, and Vortex. maze is the only game out of the three that uses the accelerometer.
on the ipod you can make an on-the-go playlist and save it!
overall this product is great and I highly recommend it!

Ok this ipod rocks. Its very well worth buying. I love the acclerometer for cover flow, witch you can turn off in the setings, as well of the shake to shuffle. The screen is amazing. It can play High Definition. The new shape makes it fit nice in your pocket. All the colors are nice too. Totaly worth buying. The 8 gig is so enough space. But You might want to keep you 3rd gen nano if you have it, I Got this cause i left mine in my pants and it got washed. This ipod is great and alot better then 3rd gen though.
