I purchased my 16g Ipod touch about a week ago and could not be more happy. I was apprehensive about spending over $300 on it and could not decide on the 8g or 16g, but one good piece of knowledge is that as soon as you plug into Itunes and the Ipod sync's you will automatically loose about a 1gig in operational memory. Don't know why this happens, but if you get an 8g you will already be under 7g even before you start. A coworker bought one right after I did and his did the same. Right now I have about 300 songs and 3 different game apps which I have not been able to put down. This was a good buy for me and hope this information helps.Digital camera Review: 16g touch

this is a great product, have 2500 pics stored, 1000+ songs, couple dozen apps, free & purchased, memos, etc., love it, EASY to operate. only grip I had, was transfering all my contacts from my palm, by hand, and starting the calander in ical, again, had to input everything by hane, otherwise it's great.Digital camera Review: 16gb iPod Touch 2nd Gen

This is something i have been anticipating for so long. i wanted the 3rd gen 32gb but it was much to expensive. however the 16gb 2nd gen touch was calling my name. this is fast and sleek. one of the best products ive ever bought. shipping was perfect and right on time. I love my Ipod Touch. It is the most intuitive and consistent device I have ever used. I state in the title that it is the 2nd greatest gadget ever only because I have to believe that the iphone is the first with its added functionality through 3G access and GPS.
If you are a gadget hound get this device. I can't put it down.
