Digital camera Review: A Good Music player and a PDA
Summary: 5 Stars
Before buying this, I thought its expensive but now I feel its worth it.
General positive aspects
1. Good Quality mp3 Player
2. browsing easier than normal ipod
3. Wi-fi - Not all places wi-fi is available. I would download my mails at my home and read it during my travel offline.
4. got the cheapest deal at Amazon as compare to other sellers
5. I-tunes application used for upload is very user friendly. It automatically syncs music, photo etc files from specified folder. You need to set Sync option.
6. Stocks and weather are fairly good features if you have wi-fi.
7. 8GB storage is fairly enough for me as I didnt upload any movie files. and one can always change or replace mp3 as and when required.
Negative aspects (though they are not major)
1. I could not upload avi files that my digital camera created for video recording. That need conversion into ipod friendly files.
2. It does not have feature for auto power off. So if you forget to shut down. It will drain all power.
3. It uses lot of power for youtube video playback. But I preferr to see youtube videos in computer so not a issue.
Overall I would recommend this product.

I'm not sure what I did before it. I don't know how to function without it. I highly recommend it.
That it being, Apple's iPod Touch. As Apple says, "The funnest IPod ever!" Fun is exactly what this iPod is. You can listen to music, watch movies, surf the web, check the weather, play games, and so much more.
The design is sleek and stylish. I think the 2nd generation's body is a bit slimmer. The screen quality is flawless. I recommend the newer version because of software upgrades and some features that are missing in the 1st generation.
Either way new or old this is a purchase, you won't regret. The only "bad" thing I can say is the battery life is good if you're just listening to music. When you start surfing the web and playing games it eats it up. Every once in a while your screen may freeze, nothing major though.
Overall, this iPod is the thing to have. This would make a great gift for all ages. Fun for everyone with the iPod Touch! (JRS)

I bought this product from a different retailer. I have had my iPod Touch for almost a year now and I love it. I mostly use it to listen to music and surf the web. It's small and sleek. HI there, i got ipod touch 8 gb and have been trying it for 2 weeks already, WOW this is fantastic, if you are planning to buy one of this babies, go for, and the first thing you want to do is brake the jail, then you will see the real thing, hundreds of features video games like mario, super mario 1 2 3, etc etc,, the youtube feature is amazing actully if you brake the jail there is an aplication called mxtube that downsload the videos directly from youtube and it's preatty fast by the way, it download a 25 mb video in about 2 min, i have comcast internet 6.0 and my router is not really good, so you will enjoy tons of videos for free, also, maps, weather and email are one of the good things when breaking the jail without having to buy that pack from aple for 20 bucks, brakingjail takes less than one minute to complete. Zafari works pratty good and you can get signal for free every where. this thing is a preatty good organizer, better than a regular previous ipod and the 3.5 inches screen is amazing, do not set this one every where couse back will begin to scratch
Bad things,,, istallation was a real pain and took me about 4 hous to make it work with windows xp, my pc did not recognize it and had to reistall tunes 5 times,
Battery is not as good as they promissed, surfing online drains battery in less than 3 hours, watching videos and listening music takes less than 4 hours for battery to die, i dont know why they said it lasts 22 hours, or may be mine is no good
The feature that locks itoch every certain time is no good to me, couse every minute you have to be sliding your finger on screen to unlock it if you want to change song or video, if you set it to lock itself every 5 minutes it will drain battery faster since it has to be with light on for 5 min.
Screen is a mess after the first 2 min of use
Back scratches very easy
Some times it freezes up just like a regular computer and you have to restart it.
