Digital camera Review: Good CD holder

This is a pretty good unit if for no other reason than its functionality. It was easy to assemble and has withstood so far nine months of use and minor abuse. I haven't done an actual count so I don't know if it holds all it says, but it does hold a bunch. I like it mainly because I own a lot of older multi-disk CD sets that are obviously thicker than the newer multi-sets. The main plus is that this does not have "grooves" to slide the disks in, so you can put any width CD or DVD in it. As far as packaging when it arrived, I didn't have any marks or scratches when it arrived. It also has a pretty small footprint, so it won't take up a lot of room. So, all in all, I think this is a good buy for the money and does what it is supposed to.Digital camera Review: Good DVD Storage for the price

I wasn't expecting much since the product was made out of laminated pressboard, but once assembled, the dvd storage spinner looked rather nice. I'm not mechanically inclined, so assembly of the dvd storage unit took longer than expected and I did leave out 6 of the wooden dowels even though the assembly directions were diagramed, but all in all, I think the storage unit will not fall apart (hopefully). I bought this shelf for a friend. She is going to college in a few weeks, and so I bought her this shelf because she needed one for all her extra dvds, due to the fact she's been trying to fit too many on one shelf for many years, so it was time for her to get another one. It came in 2 days ago, and last night I assembled it. I took out all the pieces and as I was, I thought , wow, this is a small shelf. At first the instructions were a bit hard to figure out, but after you get the two halves together, its a breeze. On panel C, when you are connecting the second half to the first one, make sure not to install it upside down, otherwise you wont be able to connect it. I sat there for thirty min trying to figure out where I went wrong, and that was it. Other than that it was easy to assemble. I must say, that the wood on the corners seems easy to chip off or break. And when I was looking at the turn table on the bottom, I thought it seemed cheap, and was wondering how it would really spin. She's going to be using it on carpet, so I dont know how that will fair. But if you put something under it I would figure it would spin fine. When I got it put together, I actually took a good look at it, and looked at my own shelves and thought that when I move out, I would get one. It really is a space saver, though it was small, it can hold 144 dvds, I'm not sure how much my other shelves hold, maybe about the same. But I think I would consider getting this shelf.
Overall, a good shelf. You need a philips screwdriver to assemble the core of it. Other than that, I would recommend this shelf to anyone trying to save space. Easy assemble and good design.
