Digital camera Review: Add distance and power to these speakers

If you are having trouble making these speakers work at a distance you can plug a headphone amp into your source and the transmitter into the amp. It doubled the power for me and significantly increased the distance that the speakers worked. Get the headphone amp with an ac adapter. You won't want to be changing batteries all the time.
These are great sounding speakers!

Speakers do work well off a computer and can be heard in all rooms....however, feel that the maximum volume output is not sufficent.
Probably would not purchase the same speakers again.

While they lasted, the sound was pretty good. The signal would hiccup sometimes, but it didn't bother me. I was surprised by the quality of the bass. It was disappointing that they required so dang many batteries - Six C's in each speaker, not to mention the transmitter and remote. There are A/C adapters for the speakers and transmitters though.
However, after about 2 months of indoor use, the transmitter started to futz out. Over the course of a week or two, it went from losing signal for 10 minutes at a time to 30 minutes or more. It's not a transmission problem - the transmitter "signal" light goes off, meaning it thinks it's not getting sound and therefore isn't transmitting - I tried it with a couple different input devices with the same result. Can't use these speakers for much if they can't get a signal. Very expensive trash.

The speakers work good. Sound quality is OK. Some static at 35+ feet. The remote can't initially turn on the speakers...you have to manually push the on/off bottom on the speaker...then the remote can control the speaker. Doesn't make sense. Love not having to mess with speaker wires though. Hopefully the next generation of the speakers will have better remote controls, less interference, and interface with the ones I bought.Digital camera Review: Amazing Wireless Speakers

I received my speakers yesterday and hooked them up myself in 3 minutes...without even opening the instructions. The sound is great (though only using in my bedroom -- nothing too high tech there). The remote makes it easy to control volume and turning them off. My only slight annoyance...when they are on...the blue light (showing they are on) is way too large and bright. I am just going to put some electrical black tape over the light though. A small price to pay for wireless speakers.
