Received this today, took it out and FIRED IT UP....NOT! Followed directions, tested it with sheets of paper up to #8 as stated on carton. That didn't work out very well. Got it cleared out and tried again. Main reason to have it was to get rid of credit card receipts. Guess you can't do with this unit. What a mess. Repacked and ready to return tomorrow. Back to the drawing board. This is the first time ever I've had to return something to Amazon. 3 star rating is not good enough for me.Digital camera Review: I wish I could select zero stars

This is now the second shredder of the same model we've had after having to return the old one. Both stopped working altogether after very little use. Save yourself the money and hassle and buy another shredder.
