I use my Headphones with my iPod 5th Generation and all I can say is that I'm absolutely satisfied, even amazed at the quality of them.
I have absolutely no problem putting them into my ear (and getting them out of there again) and they are not (as I read during research on several test pages) intended to block out noise from the outside, so there's no point complaining about that.
The sound quality is astounding - seriously how are you not able to hear the bass? I've seldomly experienced such clear bass in earphones and I've tried classic, rock and just normal pop and it all sounded overwhelming. Those earphones really do enhance my iPod a whole lot and I am very pleased to have spent my money on such terrific headphones - it's like having an entire dolby digital sound system inside your ear.
