I can't agree that these are comfortable as others have indicated. I have tried all three different sizes of the plastic covers and the one in my right ear keeps falling out. In addition after an hour or two of pushing it back in, my ear begins to hurt. The sound is good but unfortunately the fit is not that great.Digital camera Review: Bose Knows...

I found these buds to be worth the investment. These midline earbuds are comfortable to wear and have great Bass and low midrange response while coming up a little short in the upper frequencies.
I found the rubber ear tips came off when removing, making it difficult to be confident taking them off everywhere. The Bose also didnt block out the room noise all that well.
I have tried several earbuds in this price range and reccomend them. Of course you could invest a little more and buy the best I have heard - Shure E4c......
Bose knows their niche and I expect that they will soon be offering several levels of quality for this market.
