There isn't too much to write home about this cable. And that's a good thing, because that just means it works as advertised.
Digital camera Review: GREAT! Summary: 5 Stars
I have a Brother MFC-9840CDW printer and the cable works fine! The blue is a great color because it is easy to detect from the black cords.
Digital camera Review: Get Connected Summary: 5 Stars
It's a patch cable. It's blue. It works! Using with a D-link DI-604 router to connect one of my desktops. Super price! Here is the information on this cable directly from Belkin: RJ45 CAT-5e Patch Cable, Snagless Molded Belkin Part Number: A3L791-S What is a Category 5e patch cable? Think of it as the street that links the house on your block and all the destinations in town. In actuality, it's a cable used to connect all the hardware destinations in a Local Area Network (LAN). The RJ45 Cat 5e patch is perfect for use with 10/100/1000 Base-T networks. The Belkin Advantage: Exceeds the performance requirement of Category 5e. Perfect in conjunction with 10 and 100 Base-T, and even 1000 Base-T networks. 50-micron gold plated connectors to insure a clean and clear transmission. This product is guaranteed for life! Premium snagless-type moldings to protect the connection. Features: PowerSum tested.
Digital camera Review: Good cable Summary: 4 Stars
Good cable for the price. As noted by other users, its snagless design can make removing the plugs difficult, and the plastic jacket is easy to harm. Although, neither of these should be of any real problem for everyday use.
Digital camera Review: Good network cabling! Summary: 5 Stars
If you have--or are getting ready to string together-- a network, this cable is the best "glue" to hold your network together.I have never had any problems with any of the Belkin cables that I have purchased and to put it bluntly, they just work! When you string a network together, and go through the hassle of installing your NICs, running cable, and attaching the connectors, the last thing you want is a bad cable. Buy these cables and put these fears to rest. String 'em and forget 'em. They work as your "silent partner" on your network and provide a stress-free network computing environment--at least where the cabling is concerned! (and you thought you couldn't say a lot about an ethernet cable)
