Digital camera Review: Painful mistake.

I purchased this messenger bag because it seemed to be the most economical choice. It was inexpensive, compact, and seemed to have loads of space/compartments to hold necessities.
When it came in the mail, I was sorely disappointed --literally.
The strap for the bag has virtually no padding at all, making it painful to actually carry it.
Not only that, but it's very "snug" (as I read another reviewer write), meaning that it is difficult to actually fit anything other than the laptop itself.
In retrospect, it would have been much better to get something slightly more, that would spare my shoulders, my arms, and my back the pain that this bag has caused.

This is a sturdy safe way to carry your laptop. It lacks a regular handle on the long side (it has one on the short side but that makes it drag on the ground when I walk and I'm not short). The strap is great for keeping it against your body or hanging off your shoulder - it doesn't cut into your chest when you hang it geek-style. It has too many pockets and widgets to put things in for me, but some folks like tons of compartments. All in all, it's a great bag - and it's easy to slip the laptop out at airports.Digital camera Review: Product return

I sent it back because it did not fit my needs and I am still waiting 3 weeks later for my refund! I need some assistance in getting a refund. The package label stated that the info on the shipping label was the correct place to send it back for a refund. It has been far too long and I would like to see my refund show up or I will be a disgruntled customer.
Please help.
