Digital camera reviews of Belkin 55-Piece Computer Tool Kit with Black CaseDigital camera Review: Computer repair tool kit Summary: 5 Stars
We bought this for our 6th grader who takes apart old electronic devices-he loves the kit-everything has a place and instead of using regular tools to explore and learn-he has the correct computer tools with the correct heads on the screwdrivers and nippers.
Digital camera Review: Excellent Computer Tool Kit Summary: 5 Stars

Digital camera Review: Excellent for SMALL home/business applications Summary: 4 Stars
This kit is excellent if all you gotta do is work on some computers, radios, almost anything electronic around the house. Many of the tools inside are helpful for other tasks: the ratchet screwdriver appears to be great; the knife inside is awesome AND sharp; and the soldering gun (NO SOLDER INCLUDED!!!!) is amazing and it's why I bought the kit. Overall, I give this 4.5/5 stars.
Digital camera Review: Excellent for an on the move computer technician. Summary: 5 Stars
I worked as a computer repair technician for a mobile computer outfit for a year and purchased this kit to make on the job repairs to client machines. It served its purpose well and all of the materials are of high quality and sturdy construction. The only pieces I was not particularly fond of were the plastic handled hollow screwdriver, and some of the loose fittings for it.
Otherwise I was extremely pleased with this product and will probably purchase a fresh kit sometime soon.
Digital camera Review: Good Universal Kit Summary: 4 Stars
I'm a computer technician and I've had this toolkit for probably 5 or 6 years, while some of the tools are more electronics specific, the best part is the case itself. The case has held up remarkably over the years and is very universal, the torque screwdriver's torque component broke making it useless, but I easily replaced it with a Craftsman Torque Screwdriver which is much more durable, and the bits are of course compatible. The material covering the outside of the case just recently started chipping off, so here I am looking to buy another one (I just wish it didn't have to come with the tools again) I've also replaced the cheap flashlight with a quality maglite. The needle nose pliers also got bent to the point of being useless as well, but this is after years of use.
Back in our tech bench area we have probably 4 or 5 toolkits laying around, all of them are the $10-15 types with cheap tools and a cheap case, I cannot imagine using any of those for real onsite repairs.
This toolkit could be better, but it's the perfect size and unlike the molded plastic kits, the tools are easy to upgrade or replace.
