I was extremely satisfied with this armband. It doesn't slip off if you push it up high enough...the circumference is better-suited for guys I think, but it works for girls if you make it really tight up your arm. It doesn't get too terribly uncomfortable after a long wear. It's lightweight and perfect for workouts.Digital camera Review: Excellent bargain

This is a very cheap, (as in, financially efficient, not poorly made,) product, and worth every penny. It should fit most everyone but the very thin person, offers good protection against sweat, and it a perfect, snug fit (for the 1st generation Nano, at least.)
All in all, I have no complaints, and I doubt you will, either.

The elastic arm band seems extremely durable and uses high quality velcro that should last quite a while. I have been using the arm band about 3 or 4 times a week for the past month or so and it is still in the same condition as the day it came in the mail. The rubberized sleeve for the ipod does a great job of protecting the device in the rare occasion in which I drop it.
