Digital camera Review: Convenience Receptacle

Serves the purpose when you want to charge or power several items from a receptacle with less than convenient access. The unit rotates to accomodate easy access. Plugging into the unit is a bit stiff but once pluged in they are very secure and are not at all loose or sloppy.Digital camera Review: Disappointed

I had high hopes for this product. But it has some flaws:
1. It is 2x-3x bigger than I expected, and certainly not 'Mini'. The pictures make it out to be much smaller (on other sites as well).
2. When I plug in my Moto Droid to charge, each time I have to switch which port The USB cable is plugged into or it won't charge. I don't have this problem with my Blackberry. But I have never had an issue charging my Droid either until now.
One thing I did not expect was that it has the ability to rotate the plug that goes into the wall 360 degrees, which is handy.

I'm disappointed with the product.. it's billed for traveling and charging motorola phones, among others. First of all it's WAY TOO HEAVY to carry around traveling considering the weight and size limitations that are being placed by airlines.
As for charging my Razr phone.. when I plug it in it turns the phone on, but does NOT charge it. I purposely let my phone run down and plugged it in overnight and while it did turn on, it did not charge the battery.
I think it misses out on both of it's main advertised claims.. good for traveling and charging motorola phones.

Not sure what the deal is with the USB but it is tempermental (or doesn't put out enough power)... charges lots of little things but not iphones so for me it is of limited utility.Digital camera Review: EFFICIENT AND PRACTICAL.

DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO AND ADAPTS TO TIGHT SPACES WITH A LITTLE TWIST. IT ENABLED ME TO REMOVE A WIRED AND LARGE SURGE SUPPRESSOR FROM THE FLOOR AND HAVE AN UNCLUTTERED AREA TO GLOAT OVER!
