I don't know why everybody is crying about it being a crappy armband. I work out in the gym everyday and i love it though my bicep is 20 inches width so it's a tight squeeze for my biceps being that big. I like it also because it has a pocket wear i can stash my dorm key in when i'm at the gym working out for three hours so i am pleased with the armband.Digital camera Review: I Was Told It Works Great

I bought this at Target the other day and have used it twice. Once to workout on the elliptical at the Y, and the other time this morning to run. First, whether or not you are a heavy sweater, it seems impossible to operate the controls of the nano while in the jacket. You can push the buttons ok, but to swipe for a selection or to change volume is virtually impossible. However, I am a heavy sweater, and when I got back from my run this morning the inside of the jacket where the iPod was was literally filled with perspiration. I'm amazed the iPod still works. This thing goes back tonite.
If you don't sweat profusely, and can live without having to operate the controls of the iPod, then I suppose this sportsband is ok as far as comfort and construction. But for me its useless.

I had to buy this item since my previous armband (and Ipod!) were stolen. The design is attractive and modern, but the plastic used in its fabrication makes it impossible to operate the click wheel on the Ipod. No matter how hard I tried, I had to push really hard to press the button and when I wanted to slide from one song to another, the plastic either did not work or it gave me an inaccurate response.
Belkin should take this product out of circulation, the 3rd generation model was WAY BETTER. I must say though that Amazon gave me outstanding customer service to solve my problem with this device and offered me a refund.

Belkin Dual Fit Armband for iPod nano 4G (Black)
Volume control is not that accessible and instead skipping to Next song/last song is what usually happens. Also, lots of moisture collects inside with the Nano when worn for a run or workout. Velcro is starting to come loose already (3 weeks). Nano is easily inserted and is held securely.
