I purchased this auto switch for switching printing between my Windows 98 and Windows XP computers rather than having to move the printer cable each time. Easy to hook up, works as it should and has a reset button to wake the computer/printer up if for some reason it doesn't automatically respond. It's hard to find hardware that works with Win98 so this is a gem.
