The item does not fit around a large bicep. On first use, had to stretch it, and it ripped apart.
Hopefully Amazon excepts it as a return.

Okay, so I've been using the Armband for about 6 months, putting it on tonight to go for a run and the thing just starts to separate. Needless to say, I won't be taking it with me on the run and now I am in search for a suitable replacement since this just plain sucked. Move on and find something better.
