Ordered for a TV in den - to separate from all PC etc - Plugged into bottom of outlet and the
Maxxima MLN-10 LED Night Light with Sensor (Pack of 4)
fits perfectly secure in the top outlet slot.
Will be getting more of these as well as sensors for friends who have and travel with laptops -
Not utilizing the phone line function as not needed.

Yes, a power surge could kill your garage door opener and that's a lot of dough. I'm using this and the included $50,000 insurance (that should cover it). I didn't want the phone line plugs but they have covered them with a sticker which works for me to keep the dust out.Digital camera Review: Good Value

I needed a single outlet surge suppressor and this one did the trick. Although, the Monster Home Series LCD PowerProtect, 2 outlets, White (HS MP AVFL200) was actually less intrusive even though it has two outlets. The Belkin sticks out from the wall a little more visibly then the Monster. If appearance is an issue I would go witht the Monster. The Belkin also has a port for phone surge protection and the Monster has a cable type port.Digital camera Review: Good as expected

This was as expected being a Belkin product. I have always been happy with these products
