Digital camera Review: Good for Thinkpad x40 + power adapters

I simply need some cushion for my laptop in the backpack. This serves the need.
Though I have a 12' Thinkpad x40, the sleeve can actually hold the power adapter nicely. The only complaint is the strong smell. I hang the sleeve for three days besides the window before I started to use it.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1420 and this case does a good job of protecting it. It's not a perfect fit since it has to be generic enough to fit different brands. It's slightly larger than my laptop, but it's a close enough fit that it's not a problem. It is well-padded to provide a good amount of cushioning and protection. The one thing I wish it came with is a small accessory case for the AC adapter. That would have made it a 5-star product.Digital camera Review: Great Sleeve, But Colors Are Not True

I use this for my Dell D630 laptop. The most important stuff works well: there are two zippers and they are sturdy. Also, the zippers can open on the long end, so I can pull my laptop out of my backpack without pulling out the sleeve. This also means it is easy to return and zip away.
I purchased the 'chocolate' version and I can tell you right now that the colors shown on these pages make it appear much richer brown than it actually is. It is sort of a drab brown, and not a head turner. (If a laptop sleeve could turn heads.)
In addition, when I gave the small Belkin rubber tag a little pull it tore. I shouldn't have pulled it, but then again, i didn't pull it very hard.
Overall, I am satisfied with the product. The neoprene and zipepr materials are of good quality. Just be wary of the color representation here.

I purchased this item, Belkin 14-Inch Laptop sleeve(F8N047-BR) few months back. Before I purchased it I looked everywhere online regarding the sizing, since even though it says this is 14 inches doesn't mean it fits 14inch laptop. I found online a site that states
Size: 14.75" x 14.5" x 1.5"
Fits laptops: 14.5" x 10.5" x 1.25"
I have a HP Compaq laptop with the
Product Dimensions: 10.5 x 14.5 x 1.6 inches.
The laptop fits into the sleeve fine, but it was stretching a bit. I would prefer a little bit bigger on the sides, 1/2inch or 1 inch, so it doesn't stretch the way it does so I can put other things in the sleeve too, like a pen. Just be careful when you order and check the sizing carefully.
